Community means more to us than a word, we see our community as a family. Since 1989, the Hanover Outreach has been working to make sure our family has the tools to grow and succeed in life.
Our affiliation with Care and Share, along with the generous contributions of our donors and volunteers, helps us provide nutrition assistance and supplies to many families in our community. Hanover Outreach helps anyone in need. And we do it with compassion, understanding and a kind neighborly face.
In the past year the Hanover Outreach has provided services to over 450 families, in a 300 square mile area. Unfortunately, we also found ourselves in need this year. Colorado's 5th largest wildfire ever burned through our area, destroying our food storage facilities.
The wildfire has tripled the need in our community. Neighbors that wouldn’t normally need our help have suffered so much loss. We want to be there for them. Your donations allow us to continue this important mission.
